| "Vulcano Island", north of Sicily. (part of the Aeolian Island group). You can see the sulphurous gasses billowing from the crater, and there were hot springs and hot sulphur mud baths on the shore right next to our anchorage. (It made for a pretty "stinky" stay!) | |
